1. Data Controller

2. Scope of data processing
This website is a personal portfolio. It does not use tracking cookies, analytics, advertising tools or any third-party trackers, and no usage data is collected automatically. Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to external font providers. The only information stored on your device is your chosen interface language, kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your preference. This is strictly functional, contains no personal data, is never sent to any server and can be removed by clearing your browser storage.
3. Contact
The contact form on this website does not send or store any data on a server. When you submit it, it simply opens your own email application with the message pre-filled, so your details are transmitted only if you decide to send the email yourself. Once you contact me by email, I process the data you provide (such as your name, email address and the content of your message, if you provide them) solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to me (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the matter.
4. AI chat assistant
The website offers an optional AI chat assistant. Messages you type into the chat are sent to my server and then forwarded to an external AI provider (Google, via the Gemini API) for the sole purpose of generating a reply in real time. This processing may take place on the provider's infrastructure, including outside the European Economic Area, subject to appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering questions about my services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Conversations are not stored on my server and are not used to train AI models. The assistant is an automated tool and its answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into the chat.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
6. Data sharing
Apart from the AI provider described in section 4 (used only to generate chat replies), your personal data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the functionality of the website changes (for example, if analytics or server-side data processing is added). The current version is always available on this page.
